Oregon athletes shine at 2019 USA Indoor Championships

Several Oregon based athletes competed this weekend in the USA Indoor Championship 

Former U of O sprinter Marcus Chamber was DQ'd in the men 300M final

Nike Oregon Projects Donavan Brazier won the 600M race in a World Record time 1.13:77 . Oregon Track Club's Harun Abda was DQ'd

Reigning Olympic Champion from Barlow High,  Ryan Crouser won the shot put with a throw of 72 feet 10-3/4 over Joe Kovacs best throw of 70 feet 2-1/2

Nike Oregon Projects Clayton Murphy reigning 800 Bronze medalist won the 1000M former Southern Oregon runner Adam Alvarado was second

Nike Oregon Projects Craig Engels won the miles mile in 3.59.69 former U of O runners Johnny Gregorek was 3rd Sam Pranel 4th former Western Oregon runner Dave Ribich came in 5th  
Bowerman TC athlete Josh Thompson 8th former U of O runner Daniel Winn 10th         

Former U of O Hurdler Devon Allen won the men's 60M hurdles with a time of 7.60

In the women's 600M high Schooler Athing Mu won in an American Record 1:26.57 over former U of O athlete Raevyn Rogers

Ajee Wilson won the women's 1000M in a meet record 2.34.71.  Oregon Track Clubs Hanna Green was 2nd in the women's 1000M with former U of O athlete Laura Roesler 4th 

Bowerman TC's Colleen Quigley won the women's mile in a time of 4:29.47,  beating her 8 time Champion teammate Shelby Houlihan for the first time whom was 2nd...
another Bowerman TC member Kate Grace was 14th

Bowerman TC athlete  Shelby Houlihan won the 2 mile with a 9:31.38   her team mate Kaitlyn Peale was 14th. This win gives Houlihan 9 overall USATF track titles
